Analytics Partners seeks Talent Acquisition Manager (Miami, FL). Resp for supporting the Director of Talent w/ all recruiting needs globally. Prtnr w/ each office leader & hiring manager to maximize efficiencies & recruitment sources across all locations. Reqts: Bach or foreign equiv in HR Mngmnt, or rltd fld & 3 yrs wrk exp in position offrd or rltd. Employer will accept 3 yrs of university lvl studies + 3 yrs of rltd work exp to meet Bach degree reqt. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: partnering w/ & managing stakeholder relationships w/ heads of depts, HR & internal Talent Acquisition Teams; leading & managing full cycle recruiting process across multiple geographies, frm entry lvl positions up to executive level positions incl stakeholder & hiring mngr partnership, recruiting strategy, writing detailed technical job descriptions, interviewing & assessing candidates, shortlisting & offer negotiations; & using adv knowledge of HR systems incl Applicant Tracking Systems & Human Capital Management tools & online job boards specific to country & region.
