Senior Project Leader

As a result, we have a full-time position available for a senior project leader. Water Focused You will lead water focused work that we do every day that impacts our clients, teaming partners, coworkers, and our communities. You will be part of our national One Water team who are dedicated to improving the sustainability and resilience of water throughout the country and beyond. In Florida, you will focus on potable water, municipal and industrial wastewater, reclaimed water and stormwater as we assist our clients, regulatory entities, and Florida residents in managing this vital resource. Project Leader Role Focus As a Project Leader, your focus will be on leading projects as project manager and/or technical leader, leading diverse teams including internal and external resources. You will partner with our clients to learn and understand their needs and to deliver projects that address those needs. You will help develop project scopes, fees and budgets during the pursuit stage and manage such during the performance stage. You will assist our leadership and finance team in monitoring the project throughout its life and will make adjustments to the team's effort as needed. In serving many long-term clients in Florida
