Responsibilities:Guest services: welcoming guests arriving at the hotel; Answer all phone calls and emails sent; Make reservations for clients.Administration: send and receive mail, documents, supplies and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes as requested. File and maintain good records. Maintain supplies and reorder them as needed.
