Peruvian Law Specialist

Arce Immigration Law, P.A. seeks to hire a Peruvian Law Specialist with a Foreign Law Degree or LLM. The candidate will work under supervision of a U.S. Barred Attorney and will be required to consult in Spanish language with Peruvian Clientele; evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits; communicate with U.S. Consulate in Peru; prepare and submit application for every kind of non- immigrant and immigrant visas; organize, host, and attend events, seminars, and workshops in Spanish language focusing on Peruvian clients; prepare and Manage various case filings and deadlines; review, Edit and prepare Briefs, Cover Letters, and Case Filings; fill out Immigration Forms; and stay abreast of fast-changing Political Relations between U.S. and Peru.
