Trabajo por produccion debe tener experiencia. ◦ This is a 1099 contract so ALL subcontractors must sign a W-9 form before begin framing.◦ All subcontractors must provide their own Workers compensation or the Exemption ◦ All personnel planning to work on the site must take and pass the safety course ◦ All personnel must comply with safety standards at all time ◦ The schedule is Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm. Saturday 9am to 5pm ◦ The subcontractor must comply with the minimum quality standards upon finishing their work. ◦ If the subcontractor has errors, pending repairs or incomplete areas his payment will be withheld until you have made the necessary corrections. ◦ The weekly production account starts on Monday and closes on Saturday◦Subcontractor must provide its own tools, water and personal protection equipment at all time
