Arce Immigration Law, P.A. seeks to hire a Legal Specialist Venezuela with a Foreign Law Degree or LLM. The candidate will work under supervision of a U.S. Barred Attorney and will be required to consult in Spanish language with Venezuela Clientele; evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits; prepare and submit applications for every kind of non-immigrant and immigrant visas; organize, host, and attend events, seminars, and workshops in Spanish language focusing on Venezuelan clients; Prepare and Manage various case filings and deadlines; Review, Edit, and prepare Briefs, Cover Letters, and Case Filings; fill out Immigration Forms; and stay abreast of fast-changing Political Relations between U.S. and Venezuela.
