Handyman de Apartamentos

Responsibilities:Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)Complete service requests within 24 hr deadlineAssist in the turnover processInspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when neededPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticideConduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)Plumbing re-pipes, installation of Ac units, Stucco, Appliance repairsBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and PaintingKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of Power tools- Drills, snakes, toilet augersManual dexterity and problem-solving skillsGood physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtimeA high school diploma or equivalent; building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.Must be willing to be in the on-call rotationMust-Have A Working Truck'Descripcion de trabajo:*Plomeria*Electricidad*Pintura y drywall*Cerraduras*Mantenimiento general*Renovaciones ligeras de apartamentos*Limpieza y mejoria de areas comunes y exterior de apartamentos$22-$25 HourRequisitos:*Debe tener transportacion*Debe tener herramienta basica para lo mencionado*Experiencia con minimo de 6 mesesContratacion inmediata, sick days, PTOExperiencia en reparar electrodomesticos es un PLUS!
