FOOD SAFETY ASSISTANT Job opening for Food Safety Assistant at a produce processing company in Deming, New Mexico. Applicant will assist the Food Safety Manager with the day-to-day requirements of the Food Safety Department of a mid-size produce packaging company. Will work in the production room verifying quality control, monitoring that food safety procedures and documentation are being followed, and assisting with compliance of HACCP, GMP, and SQF. Must have knowledge of basic computer tasks and use of MS Office and must be familiar with HACCP, GMP's, and food regulations.
