Executive Steward to Relocate

You are interested in living and working in Montana.Opportunity for stable work and relocation.We are looking for an experienced Executive steward to work in a hotel located in Montana, full time.Benefits would include:This position is in Big Sky, Montana.Housing & transportation will be provided.Transportation will be provided.You must pay $600 for housing.Airfare will be on us for relocating.Salary will be $65k-75k annual depending on experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures cleanliness standards meet established guidelines in all F&B outlet kitchensWorks closely with Front of House, Kitchens and Banquets to understand, coordinate, and plan daily needs with agility and flexibilityInspects kitchens and storerooms to ensure that premises and equipment are clean and in order, and that sufficient foodstuffs and supplies are on hand to ensure efficient serviceCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staffMake sure kitchen workers have and use the proper equipment necessary for the job (gloves, goggles, chemicals)Achieve desired results through established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high quality serviceResponsible for supervising all Stewarding staff and the overall daily management of a designated shiftResponsible for maintenance of cost control methods and procedures by monitoring consistent pars and inventory of suppliesResponsible for the development, implementation, and management of operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectivesMaintains established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards in Stewarding department.If you are interested please send me your resume to info@palmaire professionalservices.com and text me your name and the word Executive Steward at 754-801-5489.
