24 Hour Emergency, Critical and Urgent Care Facility We have a full time position open at Animal Emergency and Urgent Care. Our ideal candidate is a doctor who is interested in working at a fast-paced facility and who is committed to providing exceptional emergency and critical care medicine and soft tissue surgery. Depending upon how many shifts worked per month in a combination of day and night shifts, base compensation ranges from 160,000-220,000/year. A sign on bonus will be offered. With production and profit share, compensation easily rises to 280,000 +/year The facility was established in 1976 and has been privately owned since 1983. It is AAHA accredited. There are several Doctor and Staff members who have been working at the facility for more than 15 years. Mentorship is part of the culture. Bakersfield is one of the most affordable places to live in the country and is an easy commute from the Central Coast or the LA Basin.
