Job Description: The Web Developer is responsible to: Design, develop, and maintain internet and intranet websites for NY Creates. This includes collaborating with content providers, communication and marketing team, and other IT professionals to implement innovative solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, .NET and other front-end technologies. Other reasonable duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Requirements for Systems Programmer Web Applications Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or equivalent experience At least 2 years of experience in designing and developing websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery, .NET, or like technologies. Must be able to handle several project and tasks at the same time. In addition, must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-client/ multi-cultural environment. Finally, must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Research and Semiconductor industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and office applications, IBM SiView suite, IBM WebSphere is desired.
