Prominent Tampa Bay Area Law Firm is seeking a two to sixth-year associate with significant and substantive experience in commercial and complex real estate and business transactions. Candidates with practical non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate industry will be considered. The ideal candidate has a strong and demonstratable background within multiple areas of commercial real estate and corporate law - including negotiations, development, finance and regulatory issues, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Tampa), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
