CAD Tech/Surveyor in Training

Our services include route surveys, mapping topographic and boundary surveys, well locations, residential, commercial, and construction layout. Life Insurance - $10,000 - included with medical Uniforms and all equipment provided Company vehicle during working hours (For Employees in the Field) 401K - 3% employer match after 1 year of employment 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment Drug free environment with random testing Salary $18 - $20 /hr -With 90 Day Review for Possible Increase Job Description : Plan & prepare CAD drawings using AUTOCAD for broad range projects (Including: topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary survey, subdivision plats; construction staking and AS-Built surveys) Create & interpret 3D surface models, triangulate irregular network & contours Prepare construction staking data for field crews using construction plan sets Process & interpret survey data collected in field Preform research & gather data for new & ongoing projects Maintain & organize digital & paper survey records Collaborate with planners, project managers & R.P.L.S. regarding projects Interact daily with field crew & provide direction & support for ongoing projects Potential for occasional field work, including site inspections, courthouse research & quality assurance Ability to read, write & interpret legal descriptions, easements & right-of-ways Ability to understand construction plans & general construction principals General knowledge of field survey procedures & equipment Previous experience REQUIRED in surveying environment Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Earth recblid mukyqewloj74s9bn0gxza9ch29hfvl Qualifications: H.S.
