("BRPC"), a civil litigation insurance defense firm, is hiring associate attorneys as well as experienced attorneys for various teams, including: Third-Party Casualty matters (automobile negligence, premises liability security, etc.), Personal Injury Defense, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect and Injury, Public Entity and Civil Rights, Commercial Auto and Trucking, Cooperative and Condo Law, Directors and Officers, Employment Law and Commercial Litigation. We're hiring for the following offices: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and West Palm Beach Compensation will depend on a candidate's qualifications and experience. Responsibilities: * Managing case load from inception to post-trial. * Attending hearings, court conferences, oral arguments, depositions, mediations, and trials * Preparing pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents * Preparing timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities * Ability to prioritize work load based on deadlines * Communicating effectively with attorneys and paralegal Required Skills: * Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills * Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and office staff in a professional manner * Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary * Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Knowledge of ProLaw is a plus * Member in good standing of the Florida Bar, admissions to federal district courts a plus recblid to73om0o7rr1484qe0gkcnhcizlex5
