Arce Immigration Law, P.A. seeks to hire an Associate Attorney with a U.S. J.D. Degree or LLM and an active bar license. The candidate will be required to consult in Spanish language with Venezuelan Clientele; evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits; prepare and submit application for foreign investors, artists, athletes, and high skilled workers for every kind of non-immigrant and immigrant visas; prepare and attend USCIS interviews with clients; organize, host, and attend events, seminars, and workshops in Spanish language focusing on Venezuelan clients; prepare and manage various case filings and deadlines; review, Edit and prepare Briefs, Cover Letters, and Case Filings; stay abreast of fast-changing Political Relations between U.S. and Venezuela.
