What is the role? The Account Management Manager is responsible for creating a collaborative team environment that will systematize team processes to reflect best practices in energy efficiency customer outreach. This role is responsible for the energy efficiency customer outreach portion of new program launches in a variety of service territories and states, as well as managing the team actively delivering existing programs. This management position will provide leadership, training, goal development, and accountability for the department and employees. Additionally, this role will manage workloads and tools for team members. Staff Management Track staff performance goals and metrics Monitor staffing levels to hit utilization targets Perform monthly one on one meetings with staff Provide annual reviews on team member performance Work with staff to create a career development plan Mentor and support staff to help them achieve goals in their career development plan Ensures staff has resources needed to be successful Apply all company policies consistently Execute training plan for new hires Department Management Lead Level 10 department meetings Manage a team of Account Managers tasked with prospecting and enrolling customers to participate in utility energy efficiency programs Coach staff on best practices for prospecting, sales, and customer re
