9th Avenue Liquor is in a small strip mall with a dollar store and a fabric store, and it is probably a little shabby. But what I like about this place, other than its close proximity to Old Town, is the selection of inexpensive, quality wine! I can always find good wine ranging in price from $5.50 to $10.00.
